Principalm
Discovery Software’s mobile solution for school administrators – PrincipalmTM – provides mobile access to school and student information, giving educators the power, flexibility, and control to manage their data using a Palm® or Windows Mobile handheld. It connects to most Student Information Systems, providing school administrators with the information they need to do their jobs better. PrincipalmTM is not only used as a portable student data storage and retrieval solution, but also as an external, back-up database of student information for use during school emergencies.
Data Transporters
Our Data Transporter Solutions enable accredited Discovery Software partners such as OneCall Now to automatically transfer and format data from Student Information Systems to provide schools and districts with value-added services.
LearnFaces
As part of our Learn initiative, Discovery Software will launch a scalable, nationwide web-based application in the fall of 2008 called LearnFaces. LearnFaces is designed to help improve student connectedness and decrease anonymity within schools by allowing staff to easily learn the names and faces of large numbers of students.
